Advise Rehab use the information you provide about the patient or client who completes the questionnaires to confirm against our existing ‘clinical pathway’ to compare and see if the rate of recovery is consistent and to predict a recovery date. Advise Rehab do not share this information with outside parties. Advise Rehab will de-identify all data then pool received responses and status levels for different injury groups and regions to compare the average rate of change to that of our existing calculations in order to improve and refine or prediction dates fro the original prediction questionnaire score.
Advise Rehab use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive a free 30 day trial of our software system and updates. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
